RECIPE

  1. Light the grill and wait for a nice glow (or fry in a frying pan)
  2. While you wait for the embers, mix all the ingredients for the chili dressing.
  3. Cut tomato and onion into slices and pickles lengthwise.
  4. Heat a saucepan with frying oil, it should have a temperature of 180 ° C when it is hot enough. Feel free to have a lid close at hand when you are frying. Halve the zucchini lengthwise and divide it into thirds, then cut it into long sticks. Mix almond flour and garlic powder. Roll the zucchini sticks in the flour mixture and fry in batches until they have a nice and golden color, it takes about 5 minutes. Take up with a slotted spoon and let drain on kitchen paper. Sprinkle with flake salt immediately.
  5. Grill Peas of Heaven burgers on the grill (or fry in a frying pan) for about 2-3 minutes on each side, place on the cheese slices towards the end.
  6. Serve the veggie burgers with bread, dressing, vegetables and zucchini fries.
