Perfect Chorizo With Chimichurri

RECIPE

Chop about 1 dl parsley and mix with the olive oil and lemon juice. Add the onion and garlic. Taste with chili flakes and salt.

Fry or grill the sausages and serve in bread with chimichurrin as a topping.

Chimichurri:

  • Fresh parsley
  • 1 dl olive oil
  • Juice from a lemon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped charlotte onion
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 krm salt
