Perfect Bratwurst With Homemade Pesto

Roast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan. Pour the roasted pine nuts together with the remaining ingredients into a food processor or blender. Mix until the pesto is completely smooth.

Fry or grill the sausages and serve them in bread with pesto as a topping.

  • 2 pks Perfect Bratwurst
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 2 pots of fresh basil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 dl finely grated optional hard cheese (aged)
  • A bunch of parsley
  • 1 1/2 dl olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
