1. Mix the yogurt with grated peel from a lime. Season with salt and pepper. 2. Heat the pita bread slightly in a frying pan or oven. 3. Chop the chili. 4. Fry the burgers on medium heat until the burger has started to juice. It is important not to fry the burger too hard to maintain its juiciness. 5. Serve the burger in a pita bread together with salad, pineapple, chopped chili, pomegranate seeds and coriander. Finally, drizzle over the yoghurt sauce.
