Mexican Pasta Salad

  1. Boil the pasta and allow to cool
  2. Fry the minced meat together with the taco seasoning and allow to cool
  3. When everything has cooled, mix together pasta, minced meat and black beans
  4. Cut tomatoes into small pieces, chop the onion and chillin and squeeze the garlic. Mix together
  5. Add lime juice and coriander to the tomato salsa
  6. Serve with fresh avocado

  • 1/2 packet Peas of Heaven mince
  • 1/2 bag taco seasoning mix
  • 4 servings of pasta
  • 2 dl black beans

Pico de Gallo

  • 1 box of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 1/2 chili
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 lime
  • Coriander
