Mexican Pasta Salad
RECIPE
- Boil the pasta and allow to cool
- Fry the minced meat together with the taco seasoning and allow to cool
- When everything has cooled, mix together pasta, minced meat and black beans
- Cut tomatoes into small pieces, chop the onion and chillin and squeeze the garlic. Mix together
- Add lime juice and coriander to the tomato salsa
- Serve with fresh avocado
4 servings
- 1/2 packet Peas of Heaven mince
- 1/2 bag taco seasoning mix
- 4 servings of pasta
- 2 dl black beans
Pico de Gallo
- 1 box of cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1/2 chili
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 lime
- Coriander
