About 6 skewers:
- Soak 6 wooden skewers / skewers in wood. Let lie in water for about 10 minutes.
- Mix all the ingredients together. Form the mince mixture around the grill sticks.
- Brush all kebab skewers with olive oil.
- Grill over good heat for about 10 minutes or until they have a nice surface and are warm right through, turn the skewer every now and then.
- Serve with tsatsiki, salad and bread.
- 1 point Peas of Heaven mince
- ½ dl chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- ½ finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon kebab spice, for example the mixture "seven spices"
