Grilled kebab skewers

  1. Soak 6 wooden skewers / skewers in wood. Let lie in water for about 10 minutes.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together. Form the mince mixture around the grill sticks.
  3. Brush all kebab skewers with olive oil.
  4. Grill over good heat for about 10 minutes or until they have a nice surface and are warm right through, turn the skewer every now and then.
  5. Serve with tsatsiki, salad and bread.
About 6 skewers:
  • 1 point Peas of Heaven mince
  • ½ dl chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • ½ finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon kebab spice, for example the mixture "seven spices"
