Chili Sin Carne With Vegetables
RECIPE
- Peel the onion. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Cut onions, peppers and zucchini into pieces.
- Fry the minced meat in butter in a frying pan and stir so that it becomes crumbly. Add the vegetables and let them simmer.
- Add salt, garlic, tomatoes and sambal oelek. Let everything cook for about 15 minutes.
- Rinse the beans in water and let them drain. Put them in the pot and cook for another couple of minutes.
- Serve with fraiche and arugula salad.

- 1 yellow onion
- 1 paprika
- 200 g zucchini
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pressed clove of garlic
- 1 can crushed tomatoes at 400 g
- Sam tsk sambal oelek
- 1 can large white beans of 400 g
- 2 dl vegan sour cream
- 60 g arugula
