Chili Sin Carne With Vegetables

  1. Peel the onion. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Cut onions, peppers and zucchini into pieces.
  2. Fry the minced meat in butter in a frying pan and stir so that it becomes crumbly. Add the vegetables and let them simmer.
  3. Add salt, garlic, tomatoes and sambal oelek. Let everything cook for about 15 minutes.
  4. Rinse the beans in water and let them drain. Put them in the pot and cook for another couple of minutes.
  5. Serve with fraiche and arugula salad.

  • 1 yellow onion

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pressed clove of garlic
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes at 400 g
  • Sam tsk sambal oelek
  • 1 can large white beans of 400 g
  • 2 dl vegan sour cream
  • 60 g arugula
